DJM 900NXS2 Doesnt Connect to my laptop

I try to connect my DJM 900nxs2 to my laptop. I downloaded the latest driver from the pioneer website (1.210) and also installed the latest firmware on the mixer itself (2.07) However when opening the utility settings it keeps stating not connected. 

All my usb ports work completely fine. My sisters Macbook worked completely fine and even my phone is trying to find a connection with the DJM via the USB ports. 

Tried to put down my firewall but that also didnt help at all. 

Is there anybody who can help me out with this issue? I searched the internet and this forum, but couldnt find the right answer yet.

Laptop runs: Windows 10 Home version 1903.
