As long as it's not using the same MIDI channel or signals that the rekordbox controller does, it won't do anything.

Rekordbox 6 - Disable a second MIDI device
Hi Folks...I use two MIDI devices connected to my PC to control two different applications, one being Rekordbox 6. How do I stop R6 from recognising the second device? I found some instructions on how to do this previously but haven't been able to locate them again.
