Are you connected to the master rca output? Make sure the red/white rca cables are not reversed. I’ve had that happen before with the SR2. I had the main rca connections reversed. Hope it helps.

DDJ-SR2 - Channel Fader Controls Both Channel Volumes
Hi there,
Recently, my DDJ-SR2 controller recently decided to have its channel 1 volume fader control both the volumes of channel 1 and 2 simultaneously. Channel 2 registers sound but no matter the position of its fader, it has no affect on the master sound until the Channel 1 fader is at its max.
I have reset any MIDI presets as well as check marked the "Allow Serato Hardware Remapping." Additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver multiple times but no avail. After many hours of troubleshooting, the controller still has this problem.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you ever figure out the issue? Mine just started to do the same thing. Channel 1 fader controls both? I updates all drivers and software and still the same issue.
