Chauvet Intimidator Wave 360 IRC - Unusable Fixture Profile

Hi, you do have this fixture in your library but I don't think it has been set up correctly.  33ch mode does not work at all and 17 channel mode only gives white colour on all heads and no wave features.  I have 2 of these very expensive fixtures and having moved completley over to Pioneer including lighting.
I really need these to work better than they do.  Any urgent help that you can give me with this would be gratefully appreciated.
