XDJ-RR not working with Rekordbox performance mode

My XDJ-RR won't work at all with Rekordbox performance mode when I plug it into my laptop but If I use the midi mode on the controller I can control the jog wheel and buttons on the sides of the controller. However, the mixer is completely useless in this mode.

What is the mixer mode setting in the UTILITY menu on the XDJ?

It is on XDJ-RR mode I did switch is to MIDI mode and the mixer started working how ever I get no audio from the master or my headphones only get audio through laptop speakers.

Noah,

Have you configured rekordbox to use the XDJ-RR ASIO as the audio device? You may also need to ensure that Windows is not using it already as the default device.
