rekordbox 6 video function (windows 10)

hi, recently i've subscribed for thr rekordbox creative plan. i need this plan for video output, but rekordbox 6 is not allowing me to press "enable video outpots. any help? rekordbox 6.5.2, windows 10, 8 gb ram
