PLEASE ADD GATED HOT CUES OPTION FOR CDJ-3000

People who are transitioning out of Serato (and other DJ software) and/or Pioneer controllers into CDJ-3000's should be seamless, but it isn't. The new generation of devices should have MORE customizable settings for the user, not LESS!

There needs to be a setting in Rekordbox to allow GATED HOT CUES on this device. Yes, memory cues exist, but it is cumbersome to use when there are only two buttons to travel between 8 different points on a track.

I play with alot of gigging DJ's who are Serato users who are also trying to transition into the new generation of CDJ's, and we all have this big gripe as we are used to having 8 buttons/pads to cue a track. Trying to scroll the points in a song using the two buttons for 'Memory Cue' on the CDJ-3000s is not intuitive at all. Even Pioneer controllers using Rekordbox have this setting. CDJ's are the upper echelon of the Pioneer DJ lineup, yet they lack customizability that a low-end controller offers. It doesn't make sense,

Sorry, it's not available for stand-alone mode.

Is there not an option in settings - advanced - other

Hot cue - "during pause, gate playback is applied"

Maybe you mean something else.

I would also like this option in standalone.

I would like to know if this is even on Pioneer's radar for the 3000s?!?
I mean, they did put dual ARM processors into these things, so Y'all can't say there isn't enough horsepower under the hood to power such a feature. The power of Denon's MPU within their 'entire lineup' manages to power a whole host of features that 3000s don't, so what was the point in having all that processing power in them? I own 3000s and Denon SC6000Ms, so I am speaking from direct experience.

If Y'all don't start getting your act together the 3000s are likely going to be the last pair of Pioneer media decks I buy. Seriously! Y'all are not doing yourselves any favors by letting your competition knock you out of the park in nearly every 'feature for feature' comparison.

Gated Cues are not some extremely hard feature to implement. It's pretty basic stuff. So, I know this comment will mostly fall on deaf ears, but I really wish Y'all would start listening to your customers the same way that Denon apparently do.

Not a question of whether or not there's power, but they haven't added it and we don't have any information on whether it will be added, but thank you for your feedback.
