Pioneer DJ XDJ-XZ BAG fault

Hi everyone, I strongly dissuade you from Pioneer DJ XDJ-XZ BAG. I purchased the genuine bag for my XZ in official Pioneer DJ dealer. After a few times it had been used, belt metal buckle got broken. Just a few weeks after delivery from the shop. I sent the bag with warranty claim, but the answer I got is "it's not gonna be repaired under warranty claim". No explanation why. I have been always gentle with the controller and it's bag, as it was not cheap. My question why the bag cannot be repaired under warranty was left without answer. Regards.

Lukasz,

Unfortunately  I'll have to direct you to communicate with the support team in Poland regarding this issue as that's where the bag was purchased and where service was provided. I can't even speculate as to why it was not repaired, so I won't comment on that.

I'm sorry that you had an issue with the bag and hope they are able to rectify the issue for you.

Hey Lukasz,

I'm sorry to hear that your XZ bag has failed on you - if the bag is less than a year old, we would certainly take care of that for you. What country are you in?

Hello. I am from Poland. I bought on December 2020 but picked up from the shop on January 2021 (proforma invoice issued 22.12.2020 to make a reservation for a bag). Shop in Warsaw: SUPER HIFI Jana Pawła Woronicza 31, 02-640 Warszawa, Poland. The bag story began on 18.01.2021 when I pick the bag from the shop. Used two times only. End of February I left the bag safely at home and I took a travel to Mexico. Middle of April 2021 I came back home again. Used the bag once or twice again and then it broke. End of April or beginning of May 2021 I claimed the bag under warranty. It took over a week to hand over the bag to service as I am not from Warsaw. After some time I got a info, that bag must be shipped to another city - Gdynia, because vendor said that only there I can get my bag repaired. Beginning of June 2021 I took a travel to Mexico again hoping that the bag will be repaired. I got an e-mail contact to service in Gdynia, but my e-mails were left unanswered. My mother called them, and they said it will not be repaired, but no specific reason why. Beginning of August 2021 I got my unrepaired bag back shipped to my home. Meanwhile I came back home from Mexico. I used the bag without it's belt. I am not professional DJ, DJing is only my hobby at home, I don't play events, that's why I used my bag very seldom - in fact only a few times. In addition I have been working in Mexico - 2 months there - and over a month at home, so that limits my time of playing too. I have all e-mailing history (but only in polish language) and invoice available. I don't know how you guys count a year from, but I would like to let the forum know, either XDJ-ZX BAG design is defective or my warranty claim case was not treated properly. Regards
