as I mentioned weim that this luminaire already exists, but I have a problem. My heads in the scenes move but do not shine. I checked the description of the fixture and everything agrees with my head. What could be the cause? I will add that the rest of the lighting works normally and these new Mini spot 60 prism only make movements but do not shine
The fixture has no error, however, we are missing DMX details on its wheels. Could you please provide us proper documentation in order to update the wheels?

values checked in qlc+, when I call the dimmer there and select the color nothing happens, the light is turned off, only after levating the slider from the strobo to the value of 8 the head begins to glow, I suspect that there is an error in your fixtur.
these are the correct values, the manual gives the wrong values:
I have updated the strobe channel, however I think that probably the fixture is on between 240-255 and strobes between 140-239.
The reason you don't get the correct colors is because we are missing color DMX details. Could you please provide us a proper manual in order to fix it?
