Does this happen in stand-alone mode, as a controller with software, or both?
Have you checked that you have the latest firmware installed?

XZ - 2 Sound Color FX not working
Hi
Having just purchased a new XZ, it appears 2 sound color FX arn't working, namely 'Space' and 'Dub Echo'?
