Today I tried to open rekordbox and it stopped at the splash screen where it says "rekordbox - pioneer dj" and the version number.
I immediately updated the application to see if thsi opened it, it did not, I then tried removing the databases and replacing with old ones, none of them worked and it still won't open.
Please help.
I'm sorry that you're having issues with rekordbox however I see that you have already filed a support ticket that has been escalated to our engineers in Japan - they will be able to assist you and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE - I now recieve the Communication with rekordboxAgent failed error message. Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6 Mid 2012 2.6ghz i7 16gb RAM
UPDATE - The rekordbox agent and rekobox already have exceptions on my Firewall, i also tried opening with the firewall disabled and got the same error.
UPDATE - I have uninstalled and re-installed 6.6.3 aswell as trying 6.6.1, NOT WORKING. I then tried updating back to 6.6.3 via update manager (which for some reason still worked when the program closed down after the agent error) and it STILL isnt opening
