Have you opened the fader panel within rekordbox to see if there is any control of the on-screen fader when you move the hardware?

ddj 400 fader 1 not working
when i use my ddj 400 i can use the second volume fader and crossover however fader 1 does not work at all. i can use the cross over to access deck one but not the volume fader any ideas how to fix this

I'm having the same issue. The volume slider on deck 1 jumps around, however, when I move the slider on deck 2, deck 1 also moves. Its not in sync. It just makes it move a little, which of course isnt normal. Tried midi mapping reset and that didnt work.
