DJM-S3's MAGVEL FADER Tension Adjustment?

Hi you all,

Is there any tension adjustment for the Magvel (not the Pro, the "regular) Fader that comes with the DJM-S3? I find it a little too tense for me, would like it more butter like.

Any help?
