Hello --- Is any one else having Windows 10 Issue where it makes the sound turn to a crackly white noise --- its reset with a simple replugging in of the USB . Still alarming and annoying when it happens. It Doesnt happen with my MAC and happens with both USB A + B

Have you tried disabling the Intel Turbo Boost?
ok that has been done with no effect - This problem is getting a little taxing -- especially as it spikes white noise through my monitors --- ill try to upload a audio clip as this needs some attention --- iraised the issue on the pioneer facebook page and they seemed alarmed . // as of today I am just listening and it seems it be happening with to a lesser degree and not completely cutting to squelchy white noise. - It would be nice to know if this is a hardware issue as i will be wanting a replacement unit asap - seen as its a flagship product and still under guarantee.
at times --- less like it is leading to the total white noise cut out --- Defiantly not getting better

Out of curiosity, have you tried it with a different computer? Does the problem occur when the USB cable is not connected to the computer?

playing audio with microsoft edge or google chrome music is crashing when using djm v10 audio driver (soundcard)
rekordbox is fine with no problems, virtual dj is fine no problems
disabling the Intel Turbo Boost? DID NOT WORK still the same keeps crashing

The V10 is not intended as a system audio device; it's an ASIO interface. If you want to use it for system type stuff, consider using a 3rd party software like Voicemeeter Banana to create a virtual audio device to pass audio from a WME / WASAPI driver device to the V10's ASIO output.

i've been using my DJM 2000 for many years never had this problem
until and started using my new djm v10 mixer
can't see why this cant do the same job as the djm 2000 as my default divice
Howdy! yesterday I used for the first time V10 with
Traktor on macbook pro, I have Mojave operating system.
I installed the driver on the site instead I face
a problem: I put two tracks, 6 minutes pass and it
starts to distort the sound and it sounds very sandy.
I changed the latency, it goes on again for 6 minutes
and it starts to sound the same. What do I need to do
to be able to use the mixer? PS: The mixer is up to
date with the latest firmware.
Mojave is known to have issues - consider upgrading to at least Catalina.
