DJM 750 not recognised in Pioneer computer utility

Hi, Im having a problem getting my DJM750K connected to my computer. I have tried 4 USB cables, restarting the laptop and restarting the DJ Mixer.

I have also taken the mixer apart to check for faults on the USB socket but everything checks out down to the main circuit board on the base of the mixer.

Looking for suggestions as to what is broken, would love to find out what I need to do to get it to work.

Hey Adam,

Unfortunately nobody here is authorized to provide you with any detailed technical information on disassembly or troubleshooting the internals of the mixer - in that case, I'll direct you to please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your mixer inspected and/or repaired.

If the mixer is not recognized by the computer's device manager as being connected to the computer, it's entirely possible that there is a fault in the mixer, but I'd suggest checking with another computer before ruling that out.
