(Somewhat unrelated)
I decided to update to Big Sur, so I hosed my rekordbox usability (Audio cutouts, incorrect waveforms on CDJs, etc.) so I had to start using the CDJ/DJM set standalone with USB export of my playlists.
(Issue)
My CDJs are really iffy on maintaining a proper link connection with the other CDJ's USB drive. Can't understand why, but this is with a brand new Samsung USB drive (64GB), CDJs that are only a couple months old by now, original ethernet cables that shipped with the CDJs, and a new Netgear network switch to connect all 3 devices.
I have an event I'm playing for (with all my own gear) for New Year's, and although the Big Sur update was my fault, and I take responsibility for that mistake, the CDJs should at the very least work in standalone mode without my players randomly going into emergency loop mode. I was hoping to update to 1.06 but the update was corrupt and wouldn't unzip. I will try with the new firmware, once Pioneer fixes the file and report back, unless this is a known issue that is already being worked on.
