this is normal, it needs some capability to offset +/- because it is always off... also even when it is in sync if you turn link off then on, it will be out of sync again. SO frustrating.

Ableton Link Not Working
Hey guys. Okay, so I’m trying to get Rekordbox Creative and Ableton Live to synchronise via Ableton Link on my fully loaded 16” MBP, but it just doesn’t seem to want to play ball - the Link facility is active in both softwares with the displayed BPM synchronised, but the beats are clearly out of alignment on playback. Is anybody else managing to get successful results, or does it just not work properly yet? Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers
