DJM-900 driver major issues

I was running fine on my mac Pro 2012 running Mojave, I upgraded to a new machine  Mac Pro 2019 running Catalina and I cant get Rekordbox 5.85 to see my DJM900 mixer. It sees only in single player which means it does not see the mixer.

I checked DJM firmware and all CDJ drivers and firmware are up to date

I followed the directions when downloading new drivers and used the uninstaller correctly everyime it would not work.

When I go into set up utility I see the connecting and not connected blinking, same with the driver dop down it blinks DJM and CDJ along with loop cloud which I use to aggregate. Can someone help me here? I have streams to do and had to cancel one already cause of this.

Let me get a bit more detailed here. I was running mojave on my previous computer, I just switched back to the other computer and everything works fine. So only difference on the new computer is the operating system which is now Catalina. I migrated all my files over to the new computer but I could not get rekordbox to dry my DJM 900 so thats when I went to re install the driver. So with that explained you still believe its the way I'm installing the driver?

Could anything else cause this? I was running Loopcloud and that came over fine in the migration.

Can I send screenshots how do I do?

Here's the best thing to do...

On the Catalina computer, open the System Information app with the DJM connected via USB and powered-on. Wait about 4 minutes, then click File > Save, and that will save the system info to a file. Send that to forums@pioneerdj.com and reference topic #900002728163 in the subject. We can take a look and see what's up.

Ralphie,

Thanks for the email -- is it a 900nexus or 900NXS2 you're using? I see both drivers, but I don't see either of the devices in the USB list. Was the mixer connected and powered-on at the time the SPX file was created?

All of this was caused because I had 2 Rekordbox licenses and had to deactivate my old computer and activate the license on the new one. Went nuts for three days for this oh well as long as it's done.

Damn! Pulse, now I can’t get OBS to see the output of the DJM 900 isn’t there a video on aggregating devices with audio and midi with the DJM900 for the mac somewhere?

Just running into this issue. (obs "seeing" 900nxs2" but no audio passing thru). I'm suspecting a recent update I did for Pro Tools Ultimate.  New "Aux i/o" .. new drivers.  that's the only thing I can think of.  this might be a hijack of op.  my bad.
