Quise actualizar el firmware mi djm 2000nxs la version 3.21
pero en la actualización me presenta un error

Si alguien sabe la solución agradezco su ayuda.

Si, lo entiendo perfectamente y lo hago paso a paso de las instrucciones, lo hago desde windows y mac. pasa el mismo error
