Requête Lyre Beam 7r 230w

Voila j'ai un problème je n'arrive pas a faire fonctionner ma lyre beam 7r 230W Chinoise qui est exactement la même que c'elle de la MAJ que vous avez fait de (Ridgeyard)

Hello Alexis rouvin,

Both rekordbox lighting and database engineers are not still sure what issues you have specifically. Currently, we cannot solve your issues. 

In a future update, you may be able to use additional features, which each customer can control specific DMX channels. However, we cannot guarantee when or if such features will be added.

Are you talking about the fixture called "Beam Light" under Ridgeyard? If yes, could you please send us more details describing your issue?

The details sent here are different than the Beam Light by Ridgeyard that we recently added. Information is ambiguous and not in English by a low resolution screen image. Please try the 7R Beam230 under WinGo which seems to be identical.

Bonjour j'ai tester donc les mouvement sont parfait mais je ne pas de lumière donc merci de m'aider en ajoutant la lumière a la lyre

 Could you send us the complete manual for this fixture? Please take a look at this post. 
We need a link to the product manual in order to complete your request. At the moment it seems identical with 7R Beam230 under WinGo. Which means that if you tried it and it did not work there must be differences. The monitor screenshot in French is not enough unfortunately.

Bonjour je revient vers vous par rapport a ma lyre Beam 7r car la lumière ne fonctionne toujours pas

Les mouvements sont parfait, la commande all off aussi, mais les couleur et la lampe ne s’allume pas donc j'aimerais savoir comment faire ???

Bonjour donc oui c'est bien cette lyre en question

Donc le PAN et le TILT marche parfaitement bien 

La roue de GOBOS à l’aire de bien marcher aussi 

Le PRISM x16 ce déploie aussi correctement 

Le Focus aussi fonctionne 

J'ai tester sur tous les MODES (COOL, CLUB1/2, VIVID, ect.......) avec STROBE et sans, La touche ALL OFF fonctionne bien

la roue de couleur tourne mais la lampe de 230W ne s'allume pas, je pense qu'il y a un problème avec le Chanel 08? pouvez vous essayer de le passer a 255 MIN MAX pour voir si il y a une amélioration ??
