Lighting Fixture Correction

Hey guys, I have tired multiple times to get this fixture added, all the info needed is in this document.

Ridgeyard 7R Beam 230W Moving Head

Currently: it is under Beam Light in RB

For Channel 11, one of the entries says 135-------------CTB and then the BLUE part is cut off on the second page and it looks like its a seperate entry but it is not.

Channel 11+13 were said to have no detailed description but all the channel info is there in the document. Also please check the strobe channel and make sure all of your numbers are correct because the moving heads are stuck strobing while still moving around. It is either the strobe or dimmer. Please go back and check everything and fix channels 11+13. All of the info is provided I have been contacting the manufacturer as well and I have already given you all of the information. I have been wanting to take my moving heads out on an event but even a month later, I still cannot. Please check everything. I am able to program everything perfectly fine in FreeStyler manually so I do know you have all of the information you need.

Both rekordbox lighting and database engineers are not still sure what issues you have specifically. Currently, we cannot solve your issues.

In a future update, you may be able to use additional features, which each customer can control specific DMX channels. However, we cannot guarantee when or if such features will be added.

Sorry for not meeting your expectation and thank you for your kind understanding.

We said that channel 12 has no detailed description and it still has not, and we cannot know if this is affecting its functions.
Channel 11, related to color wheel, is made exactly as your document describes (from white to white+red continuously from DMX 0-5, from white+red to red continuously from DMX 5-10 etc.).
Our strobe details are also based on your link.

In your initial request you sent us two totally different documents and we followed the latest one.

I am currently in contact with the manufacturer to try to find more details on channel 12 if there are any. But I do not see why channel 12 might be causing this issue. I am currently trying to replicate this via FreeStyler. I am leaning towards dimmer programming issue. Give channel 5 a looksie?

DIMMER:

BIT              EFFECT

255             100%

......            ........

0                 0%

Manufacturer sent me an updated document, still trying to find out more on 12 but is 16 configured on both reset and lamp control? https://wetransfer.com/downloads/a38f933a27a7fd15173babc8f81e1beb20210303043346/9eee4b

seems like in this document they also moved the obstructing colour wheel picture out of the way for channel 11. I don't know if that was still an issue on the document I sent you guys previously even though I moved it myself.

We don't see any difference in this document. Please wait until another Pioneer agent will contact you in order to find out why this is not working for you.

All I have been told about channel 12 by the manufacturer is the following:

Channel 12 is a color effect. Push channel 12 to a value of 200, and then cooperate with channel 11 to achieve the color effect.
