"Waveforms don't show in pioneer cdj-3000 "

In performance mode wave-forms don't show up in both my CDJ-3000 players? they do show up in the rekordbox program on my windows 10 PC, reinstalled RB6 twice, but didn't fix the problem? also most of my playlist music is grayed out?

any Ideas as to why?
