If you're trying to link to rekordbox in EXPORT mode, you need to connect via the Pro DJ Link (ethernet), not USB.

CDJ2000 Nxs cannot connect to rekordbox
Neither of my CDJ2000NS will connect to rekordbox, I've tried different usb hubs and cables nothing will work to control it. Losing faith with the whole system.
It doesn't work in Export mode which you say is free, so I'm not willing to pay for the software if that won't work either??

If you're trying to connect to rekordbox 6, you'll either need a hardware unlock device or a plan to use the CDJ-2000NXS as a controller in PERFORMANCE mode, otherwise you're able to use it linked in EXPORT mode for free.

CDJ-2000's (all models) have never come with bundled performance mode support; it would have required the purchase of a license key or plan for rekordbox 5, or a subscription to a plan within rekordbox 6. I'm sorry we don't have any offer codes.

I have an active Creative plan but my rekordbox 5 no longer works. Really frustrating as I've paid for a yearly subscription. Can someone please help?
