正式なコメント
That is part of the ID3 tag of the mp3 file. Not a good place to write a mic script. Unfortunately there isn't really a feature that can do this for you the way you're describing.

Rekordbox Notes Section
I noticed there is a notes / comment section in Rekordbox for tracks....
What would be the best way to save a short microphone script, so I can read it off the CDJ screen please?
