DDJ SR Headphones input issue.

Hi. I have a very strange issue. When I plug headphones in SR's jack (doesn't matter which one) sound in a headphones is very distorted, but if I plug it only at half (doesn't push it in till the end) everything sounds ok. Tried it with few different headphones. Same thing. What it can be? Please help.
