Hi I have an XDR1 - it was on v0.12 I have updated to vers 0.13 all is well except the right hand deck is only increasing by about 1 or 2 bpm even when pushed to the plus 10 on the vari speed where as the left hand deck is fine and goes right up and down as it should as far as I can see they are on the same settings playing the same track , I can hardly mix because I can't increase the right hand deck very much please help is this a setting or something it was happening on vers 12 aswell. p.s i use usb sticks an cd.
If this happens with only one deck loaded to the right side, the pitch fader may have failed, in which case the unit requires servicing. Please contact Pioneer DJ support in your region for further assistance.
