xdj-rx platter lights lights stuck at boot up

xdj-rx platter light , light stuck at boot up on right deck , the left is fine but this is very weird how can i hard reset ? 

can still scratch and move the audio but cant see the beat marker come up on platter and blue sensitivity ring stuck please help id like to reset it ?
