DJM-600 filter delay

hello... i'm having a problem and i don't know how to fix it...

when i use the filter delay or other, only works with the knob... and buttons doesn't do anything to change the parameters...

does anybody can help me and explain what to do?

Do the parameters work with other effects, which parameter knob 1-2, and what is filter delay???
