sorry for disturbing with my rekordbox issues,but again i have the same problem that (pioneer ) resolved for me before by sending the clean clock file,now im trying to active my licence key on my rekordbox mail (cause i was using the free 30 days )its apears that check if im connected to the internet as i attached in the image that i cant login my rekordbox mail at all , and when i try to use the file that you sent to me (clean clock) shows that the file is expired as follow in the attached image
