How to activate a pre-stored loop ?

So I create and store a loop on my xdj1000 mk2, how do I activate it while playing ?

I know I can set the loop as active using rekordbox, but what about about activating it while playing ?

If you've stored it to memory, you can't recall seamlessly it while playing - but you can store it as a hot-loop, so when you press the hot cue button where it's assigned, it will jump to that point and be within an active loop.
