USB Mass Storage

Hi there! I have a problem!

My USB mass storage folder has the factory folder in (just imported) yet when I Eject the Disc from my computer then press cancel on the Toraiz to exit storage mode!

There is nothing on my Toraiz!!! 5GB of Space! No samples!

This also worries me as this is the second Toraiz I have had having returning my first 1 through a nearer enough same issue!

I have just update the firmware today to 1.31 << is that a issue!

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I will open a ticket to see how we can resolve this problem.

Hello David,

After the production team reviewed your images the found that the folder structure is incorrect in your unit. Please see Image below for proper folder structure.

Is there a specific reason why you were trying to move the folders within the SP-16?

Yes I wanted the unit to factory! i downloaded the files from http://faq.pioneerdj.com/product.php?c=25&lang=en&p=TORAIZ_SP-16&t=faq and followed the instructions,

I had samples in before which were a sub menu of the toraiz folder no issue!

So basically you are telling me there is no fix for this ???

Have you tried to re copy the samples folder in the above show folder?

I have just downloaded the files again! the factory samples are back on the machine!

I have arranged the folder as instructed! cheers!

I have the Projects on also! but the samples are not on the factory projects all the info just not the samples

that's great to hear! Can you follow the instillation guide and try to reinstall the demo projects. I think that will read the samples in the projects.

It's all good now, I was more bothered about having the samples back on!

I have it all set up! again! Projects are on the Toraiz but no samples are married up in the unit ???

do I have a path wrong somewhere ???
