Could you provide a video so we can clearly explain this to our engineers?
hy,
the moving waveforms often behaving strange in comparison to what i can see on the RB Screen on the Laptop.
Especially the grid lines. for example grid lines of two tracks are alligning each other and the track is also in sync but what you see on the rx Screen is something completely different.
would be fine if this would get fixed.

after few gigs this Problem gets more and more annoying, you match 2 tracks manually or even by sync - on the Laptop the grids of the two tracks are perfectly alligning but in the moving waveform drifts away but the tracks are in sync. it seems that somehow the waveform of the 2nd track won't be stretched or shrinked when changing tempo.
it's easy reproducable and makes the moving waveforms useless in some way?
pls fix this :-)
I am having this same issue! So annoying and concerning cause I plan to use this for gigs
Hello! I think I have the same problem or one. I attached two videos to see how the wave varies without touching anything and the SYNC being off.
seems that not only hid mode is affected also the standalone mode :-(
Yes to clarify this only happens for me in Standalone mode, I havn't had a chance to try HID mode yet.
@Sergio Magro it appears your SYNC function might be off or not working properly, cause I saw two differnt BPM on those tracks (in the first video)
@ Nicholas Jackson
The recorded video is with the SYNC off so the different BPM's on each deck.
@Sergio > I think the problem with the first video here (https://youtu.be/nZReJM81EHw) may be that you've analysed a normal track in dynamic mode (possibly the Ultra Nate track, as it's the master). You can see the tempo of the tracks changing, and that would only happen if you're moving the pitch fader or the grid changes.
Please try re-analysing those tracks and ensure the setting within rekordbox preferences is NORMAL analysis.
@pulse
any News on this? this Problem is really annoying for working with this device.
and yey i also tried to reanalyze the drifting tracks (as said only drifting on the rx2 Screen) this will not help :-( and yes i analyzed in normal mode since the tracks are on Point.
big thx in advance for sorting this out pulse!
@Daniel > No, it's the weekend in Japan and the engineers are not in the office on the weekend. Thanks for your patience - it may take a few days for them to investigate the situation.
Hi Guys i've experienced the same issue on my RX2. It's confusing me alot when looking at the screen of the unit.
The grids match perfectly on my screen at the laptop but they're moving and not matching on the RX2 screen.
This should be fixed soon!
any news on this? when will this get fixed? on 5.1.1 still the same shit in hid mode and also in standalone mode.
the moving waveforms are quite useless atm :-(
i opened up a ticket quite a time ago provided Videos as asked for, but no solution or proper answer.
thx pulse in advance for figuring this out!
after Long Mailings regarding this issue with the ticket Operator following Statement:
seems like there is no Chance to Change this behaviour it's "quite normal" ...due to lack of processing power?!?!
really? this can't be true...
I have the same problem with my xdj-rx2. When playing some songs the waveforms don’t match, if it’s connected to rekordbox on my laptop I would see them accurately in the software, but on the unit they are different. If I line them up by eye on the controller, they sound off and in the laptop they don’t match. Any updates on this?
