Genre filter should populate automatically

When using the track filter to filter by genre, there is a pre-populated list:

Acid House
Deep House
Techno
Nu Disco
Electro House
Bass Music
Trap
Retro House

This list bears little resemblance to my actual genres from my music files.  For example, I have nearly 1000 tracks with the genre "House".  Surely the genre list should populate automatically from the collection or current view, based on what is actually available to filter?
