DDJ1 aux input problem

Well, the problem is that sometimes i run my phone or a turntable (with a phono pre amp) via live input (through the aux input) and works fine for 2,3 tracks but after a while i start getting a horrible glitchy noise from it, every time. I dont know what's going on maybe its a traktor issue. Hope you can help me with this one, thanks
