Rekordbox Hot Cues

I'm trying to record a Hot Cue in rekordbox but all the letters A-H are greyed out. Does anyone know how to fix this??

That's a bank list - not a hot cue. First, open your view to a single player:

Then just click the desired hot cue wherever you want to set it:

Ok thanks. I thought the bank list was a list of hot cues??

Yes, for multiple songs - allowing you to jump anywhere in your collection in a flash.
