PLX-1000 tonearm backorder
I've had a replacement tonearm for my PLX-1000 on order since the beginning of March. Still listed as being on backorder. Anyone have any idea when spare parts might be available?
Austin, TX. And the turntable is with Pyramid Audio. Order was placed through the parts website on 3/6.
@Sean > Fortunately, Pyramid Audio is one of our authorized dealers, so that certainly helps. I'll see what I can find out for you.
@Sean > I spoke with our warranty department and they've told me that the parts were on backorder from Japan, but they recently had a shipment arrive so they've expedited the part order for Pyramid and expect it to be there in about a week. Pyramid should be contacting you to give you an update soon.
