Problems with Rekordbox, distorted audio

Problems with Rekordbox, distorted audio.
I have a ddj rb and I've tried with all levels of the buffer size, up to 2048 samples, while improving but I still having distorted audio, sample rate: 44100h and 48000hz. This happen even when I`m using rekordbox with out the controller.
I have all the updates of sound, graphics, software rekordbox 4.3.1, firmware 1.03. Laptop Dell inspiron 5559, i7 (2016), windows 10, 16 GB ram, 1tb memory
