(XDJ-RX) Booth Monitor does not working properly

I'm connecting TRS plug in booth out but the knob booth monitor does not work. The booth monitor sound work just opening the master level knob. What should i do?

So if the channel volume is up and you turn the Booth volume up you don't get sound into your booth speaker, right?

Hi! The sound booth is activated by the master volume knob. The booth volume knob does not work, understand?
