... seriously - do you not understand how ripped off we're all feeling?  There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of support here.   We're not idiots.  Many of us have technical and IT backgrounds and can smell BS from a mile away.  And it stinks, let me tell you.

Absolutely. I am trying to stay positive for PioneerDj, but it becomes more and more difficult if even not the simplest things get fixed and/or implemented, even in the *flagship* product!

By spending a little fortune for these players, we trusted that there will be some advancements in the future. So I can not follow the excuses like there are not enough man hours available or it is "too complicated".

If PioneerDJ want to stay being the market leader, they have to act as a market leader. I cannot see how this does match.

@Pulse: Before you close this thread as all the others, is there any place where we can officially post our complaints to, regarding the apparently non-existing technical product care? We know it is neither your fault nor your decision what is (not) going on, so is there any place where this can be addressed, if not here?

Thanks for your patience. The engineering team have considered your feature request & it will be added in. I'm just not sure when this will be announced. As soon as the firmware version arrives with that feature set, you'll be the first to know.

Sorry for the confused wording. This feature is already in their to do list. Again, you'll be advised as soon as the update is made available.
