One USB drive to master DB and to export

I have USB drive, on the system named D:\ and I set this drive as Master database drive. I have music files with several folders on this drive. I imported files to collection, annalyzed and organized with playlist, etc. in Recordbox. Than I want to use this drive to play on Pioneer XDJ-XZ. I used sync manager, chose drive D:\, selected playlists and clicked sync button. Synchronization was very fast, without duplicates music files, when the same files are on different playlists. For me is it good concept to have one drive to storing master db and collection to use with my XDJ-XZ, but I don't know are there any contraindications? I creating backup this drive regularly.

You're fine to do that - I do it myself with an SSD to keep my entire collection mobile to connect to any computer without needing to use cloud sync, but also to any CDJ or XDJ directly.

Like you said, the key is making a regular backup of that drive!
