Cannot adjust playback position in the sampler

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the sampler.
2. Pick a short audio sample from your library. Drop it into a free slot.
3. Edit that sample and change the type to One Shot.
4. Click on the right playback position adjusting button.

Expected result

The white start marker should move to the left. Also when I activate the sample, I should hear the audio starts later then before.

Actual result

The white marker does not move. The audio sample is started from the beginning.
