Hi there. I have been using a Toraiz AS-1 for a while now, but not for once were any of the black keys on the unit playing anything. The AS-1 that I am using is a demo set from Pioneer DJ in my county, and unfortunately we have not been able to find anyone else who has faced the same issue, therefore we haven't found a way to troubleshoot it. Checking out there if anyone else has had the same issue with this?

Hey, just saw this. Are you still having the problem? I'm pretty sure I know what it is... You need to go into the global menu and switch off Scale Mode. When using this mode all the notes are assigned to the white keys.
