DDJ Rev 1 stoped working

When I plugged my Pioneer DDJ Rev 1 in today Serato is not recognizing that it’s there. I have used this controller dozens of times however now it’s not working. The controller is getting power from the USB and all of the lights are working. I have a Serato subscription so that shouldn’t be a reason for the Rev1 to work with Serato DJ Pro. Can anyone help?

If your Serato subscription is still valid and you're logged-in (check your account status), then yes - it should work provided the DDJ is not your system's default audio output device.

If you're on Windows, check the control panel > sound page. If you're on Mac, open the Audio MIDI Setup app. In either case, verify that the built-in audio device is the system output default.
