Beatport DJ and XDJ RX

Has anyone had any luck using the XDJ RX as a controller with Beatport DJ? It's not working for me. Everything seems to be set up correctly, and Beatport DJ "sees" the controller in the Settings tab, however, nothing happens! I've the latest version of the XDJ RX and I'm using Chrome (preferred browser for Beatport DJ).

Any suggestions? I've also tried to map each button, but when I try that, it's like I'm getting no response from the controller. Seems strange as the Settings part of Beatport DJ does see my controller (naming it correctly) and Beatport DJ says it supports Pionner DJ controllers currently.

We can't support the Beatport DJ app as it's a 3rd party application, but the mixer mode should be MIDI.

To add to this, I've now downloaded rekordbox, connected by Beatport Link account, and still nothing - rekordbox recognises that my XDJ RX is connected, however, nothing works on the controller, only via my MacBook

In the Utility menu, should Mixer Mode be XDJ RX or MIDI Controller? I've tried both anyway, with no success.

Can't seem to reply directly to the official comment above, but I've since tried rekordbox and connected my Beatport Link account to rekordbox - same issues. Any comment on that, or suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!
