rekordbox won't install on mac, error message
I tried to download rekordbox for the first time on my mac monterey 12.6 and got an error message that said: "The configuration file cannot be read. Restart with a backup disk." Then the window started to glitch out on my screen and suddenly there were three rekordbox icons on my dock. I ended up deleting it from my computer but would appreciate any advice on how to fix this issue.

Have you considered an exorcism?
Seriously though, sounds like it's more of an issue with the computer than rekordbox. Does everything else on your computer work properly?

Well, that's helpful. I just explained to you the error message I got, which after searching for five minutes on the internet seems to be a known problem due to rekordbox experienced by other users. I just tried to explain the full details of what I observed on my computer, which is two months old and runs perfectly.
Another error message I got was "Unable to open the database file and any files backed up automatically. The database is initialized. You alternatively may be able to restore the database you manually backed up if any."
