first thing you should do is update right away to 1.13, 1.00 is old at this point and there have been a lot of improvements to drives being read
here is the update - https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/all-in-one-system/xdj-rx3/
Hello
Since the last time the usb 2 port on my rx3 is not working
The flash drive on which the music is exported by Rekordbox works on usb port 1, but when inserted into port 2, the error E-8307: DEVICE NO RESPONCE pops up.
I formatted other flash drives to (FAT32) then the error pops up and freezes RX3, after a while it returns to work without changes.
Does anyone have any idea if the hardware has a bug or if updating rekordbox could be a problem?
I will add information that I have a soft version no. 1.00

Of course, I agree, but why did it work before without any complaints and now an error pops up?
Pioneer does not take into account the incorrect upload of the software personally, which has already happened several times with others. That's why I don't want to do it myself because of the warranty
Thanks for Your help
i agree but the first thing they will do or tell you to do is update the firmware so might as well try and see how it works out, there has been a lot of changes to the drive end in the updates
Hi Adrian,
same issue here though I have the latest firmware 1.13 installed. The controller just randomly skips my usb sticks, which means sometimes it simply does not recognise it / have the same error message like you after trying to read it , in other cases it allows me to play music from the usb but during the play it just put itself into emergency loop and I have to remove the stick. Very annoying really. I have no idea if the issue is software or hardware related ( I really hope it's the first). Expensive piece of kit and unfortunately I had many different issues (overheating, freezings) since I have it..
