RX3 - Wobbly Mic Knobs

Purchased an RX3 for my sons Christmas present and we've noticed the knobs on the Mic controls wobble considerably. Do I need to return to the online store or Pioneer service centre? I've tried to contact the store but no response as yet due to the holidays. Thansk

Hi Paul,

Sorry to hear about that -- the mic level knobs are on a plastic stem, so may have a bit more movement than some of the other knobs. Please create a ticket with the support team in your region and they can gather a video or more information to determine if it's within spec or requires service / exchange.
