Rekordbox does not recognize XDJ-RR

I have a problem with the pioneer DDJ-RR and Recordbox that pioneer support does not solve for me, neither recordbox 6 nor recordbox 5 only recognizes the controller as audio, both on mac and windows.

The computer is registered

In virtual DJ, he recognizes me at the moment.
