CDJ 3000 - LED problem

Hi guys, 

i wanted to ask you for your help. I just found out that the LEDs "SOURCE, BROWSE, TAG LIST, PLAYLIST, SEARCH, MENU" and also the "IN + OUT Loop Buttons, 4+8 Loop Buttons, Beat Jump Buttons" dont turn on anymore when i start the player. 

After a while (maybe when the player gets warmer?) all of the LEDs turn on and look fine. Whats wrong with the Player? The functionality of the buttons ist always given, even without the LED lights.
