I cannot unistall 6.7.0 when updating to 6.7.1

I am currently on version 6.7.0 and trying to upload to the newer version 6.7.1. However, I am able to install 6.7.1 but the process is stopped when Rekordbox attempts to unistall the older version.

Rekordbox then gives the error message 'unistallation failed restart your computer and try again' and then the system aborts.

This is the first time this has happened.

Even when I restart the computer I get the same message. How can I sort this so I can update succesfully.
